Truly one of the best meals and most special dining experiences I've ever had. I came here for my 30th bday with a large group, and we were so well looked after (including several dietary /allergy needs that the staff were so attentive to). The restaurant put together an amazing set menu that was genuinely better than any meal I can remember having in Italy. Our waitress Mimi was wonderful. I cannot recommend enough for a special occasion.

Charming location at the heart of Margate old town. Very tasty food, with a wide range of well put together dishes. Excellent fresh pasta. Service was fantastic, the staff were genuine, attentive and very welcoming.

I had lunch at this restaurant and everything was absolutely delicious. I started with a mozzarella di bufala served with vignarola — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. Then I had ziti al ragu di salsiccia, perfectly cooked, hearty, and comforting. To finish, a light and delicious tiramisu, easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Despite the restaurant being very busy, the service remained friendly, attentive, and efficient. You can feel real passion both in the kitchen and in the dining room. A warm and welcoming place where I can’t wait to return!

Another fabulous meal courtesy of Simona, Harry and the team. Shout out to Mimi, attentive on the service as ever. The ‘beans and greens’ were as tasty as ever, nicely spiced. Our two pasta mains were amazing - very differently flavoursome - and these guys take ‘al dente’ to a different level! All washed down with glasses of highly sympatico, specially sourced, organic wine. I’d actually booked lunch for the wrong day - they were full, but Harry kindly found us a table ‘al fresco’, which turned out to be a very pleasant sun trap... even in March! Well worth the 750 mile road trip from the French-Spanish border. Grazie, e arrivederci !

Got a lovely table in a separate room away from the noise of the bustling restaurant. Food was delightful, rustic and charming. The person working (his name escapes me now, sorry!) was so lovely and informative, about everything from the hospitality initiative they were supporting, where the ingredients are sourced, and what the dishes were. We left full to the brim, and we didn't even touch desserts. Perfect, warming, delicious meal away from the storm. Dog friendly too

We were lucky to grab lunch here before we left Margate and are so glad we did. The food is really gorgeous. I love how it’s seasonal so you’ll never get the same thing twice if you go at another time of year. Everything was fresh and beautifully seasoned. The service was lovely. It was a gorgeous way to end our stay. Thank you!

Really lovely staff and outstanding food. I booked after a friend’s recommendation and will be passing the recommendation on to anyone on their way to Margate. Salt cod and goats cheese with fermented chillies to start. Greens and beans on the side with crab spaghetti for me and courgette and pesto pasta for my partner. We’ll be back!

We didn’t have a looking so arrived and took the last available outdoor table about 40 mins before evening service started. We chatted to Jim and let him know we were in a bit of a hurry so he gave us menus early, took our order first and therefore we were the first to be served. The pasta was perfectly cooked and both dishes we ordered were delicious. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to others and really appreciated Jim prioritising our order, thank you!
